To bear rule over, control, sway; to have a commanding influence on; to master. Sovereign. One who has supremacy or rank above, or authority over, others; a superior; a ruler, governor, lord, or master (of persons, etc.). It is not the same as God’s omnipotence (all power); it is rather the authority and right and fact that God uses His omnipotence in the government of the universe according to His will.

The Believer is Primarily called into the office of the Watcher and as such is a Watchman. Watchmen operates by Priesthood and Legislation. We Stand upon our watch to know what the lord will make demand from us to execute, that’s the job of the watchman.
Every Believer has been called into intercession. Intercessors bear the burden of God. They are watchers. They seek to legislate over territories and hold it down for the lord. The Lord now gives them grace to watch over their territories. The Holy spirit quickens them and help them to watch effectively.

Our God communicates with His creation. We see this throughout the Word as the Lord directs His children and communicates with them, displaying His nature as an involved Father who loves, leads, and guides. The way He initiated interaction with His children in the past is how He works with us now. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The Bible is clear that “God is no respecter of persons;” therefore we can expect our Heavenly Father to grow us in every way, and this includes our level of intimacy with Him.
